Azomite helps remineralize nutrient-depleted soils. Azomite has been mined in Utah for more than 60 years. It is100% naturally derived and is OMRI Listed for use in organic production and farming. Azomite is odorless and is ideal for blending with other fertilizers and amendments to help meet a plant's nutritional needs. Conventional fertilizer programs focus on the macronutrients like Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K). However, if one of the many essential trace elements is deficient in the soil, the plant will not perform at its optimum, affecting yield and immune function. Azomite replenishes these essential trace minerals through a 100% naturally derived source.Grodan Stonewool (rockwool) is made from molten rock spun into cotton candy-like fibers and then compressed into cubes, blocks, or slabs. Where other rockwool brand manufacturers cut all sizes from one batch of wool, Grodan is unique by making different types of fibers. The purpose is to support the requirement of the plant in the different plant stages. Grodan has a tremendous capacity for absorbing nutrient solution while retaining plenty of oxygen for rapid plant growth. Grodan comes in graduated sizes. Seedlings started in cubes are easily transferred to blocks and then onto slabs, if desired. Seedlings or cuttings started in the Grodan cubes can also be transplanted into more traditional planters and growing mediums. Grodan Slabs - The final stage of planting with growing blocks are the Grodan slabs. These slabs come in clearly marked UV resistant poly sleeves for ease of use. Recommended for larger, long term crops with extensive roots like peppers, tomatoes, or cucumbers. Typically, seedlings in blocks are placed onto slabs. Grodan Expert is the slab that drains the fastest because of its vertical fibers. By far the most popular slab for the hydroponic hobbyist market. Grodan Master is a special wet/dry slab. The top layer is thicker, which stays wetter, while the bottom layer stays drier. In effect it defies gravity, allowing more even distribution of moisture throughout the slab.Pro-Mix® HP Mycorrhizae™ is a high-porosity, peat-based growing medium. This formula ensures optimum growth, especially when high air capacity and extra drainage are required. It is ideal for water-sensitive crops, root cuttings and/or low-light growing conditions. Pro-Mix® HP Mycorrhizae™ is compatible with a wide variety of ornamental plant species, fruit crops and most vegetable transplants. Contains Canadian sphagnum peat moss (65–75%/volume), horticultural-grade perlite, dolomitic and calcitic limestone (pH adjuster), wetting agent and mycorrhizae – endomycorrhizal fungi (glomus intraradices).FoxFarm's most popular potting soil, Ocean Forest is a powerhouse blend of aged forest products, sphagnum peat moss, earthworm castings, bat guano, fish emulsion, and crab meal. Aged forest products, sandy loam, and sphagnum peat moss give Ocean Forest its light, aerated texture. Start with Ocean Forest and watch your plants come alive!A great alternative to expensive pots, these GROW1 plant-safe 5.5 mil polyethylene bags have a white exterior to reflect light and a black interior to prevent algae growth and have pre-made holes in the bottom for drainage.
